Glory to Jesus Christ! Glory Forever!
On June 22, the Orthodox Church commemorates St. Eusebios the Confessor, Bishop of Samosata. Revered for his steadfast defense of Orthodox Christianity, St. Eusebios faithfully preserved and proclaimed the truth of the faith despite opposition, exile, and personal hardship.
The Scripture readings for this service are Romans 9:18–33 and Matthew 11:2–15. These passages direct our attention to God's mercy, the gift of faith, and the fulfillment of His promises through Jesus Christ. The Gospel's testimony concerning St. John the Baptist reminds us of the importance of faithful witness and unwavering dedication to God's calling.
The life of St. Eusebios serves as a powerful example of courage and perseverance in the face of adversity. His commitment to preserving the Orthodox faith encourages us to remain steadfast in truth, rooted in prayer, and devoted to Christ and His Church.
Our next livestream is scheduled for June 24, 2026, at 6:30 PM.
