Glory to Jesus Christ! Glory Forever!
Join St. Panteleimon Orthodox Christian Outreach in prayer with this Vespers livestream recording from October 21, 2026, honoring St. Averkius & Seven Holy Youths of Ephesus. This Orthodox Christian service offers time to step away from distraction and turn your attention toward Christ.
Remembering hope beyond what we can see
The commemoration of St. Averkius and the Seven Holy Youths of Ephesus offers a setting for reflection on hope, especially when the future feels uncertain. Christian prayer makes room for questions and grief while directing the heart toward Christ. We do not have to resolve every anxiety before we begin to pray.
At the end of the day, remember those who mourn and those who fear what lies ahead. Ask God to grant consolation and steadfastness. Consider sharing a quiet word of encouragement with someone who has been carrying a burden alone.
