Glory to Jesus Christ!
On October 2, the Orthodox Church commemorates the Holy Hieromartyr Cyprian, the Holy Virgin Martyr Justina, and the Holy Martyr Theoktist on October 2.
These saints remind us of the power of faith, purity, and steadfastness in the face of opposition:
St. Cyprian was a convert from sorcery to Christianity, who later became a bishop and gave his life as a witness for Christ.
St. Justina overcame temptation and persecution with her unwavering devotion to the Lord, becoming a shining example of purity and courage.
St. Theoktist also endured martyrdom, remaining faithful to Christ until the end.
Together, their lives witness to the transforming power of God’s grace and the strength found in unwavering faith.
