Typica Livestream – Monday, September 29, 2025

Glory to Jesus Christ!
On September 29, the Orthodox Church commemorates Our Venerable Father Kyriakos the Hermit of Palestine, one of the great ascetics of the Church. Living in the desert, St. Kyriakos devoted himself fully to God through prayer, fasting, and humility. His holiness and perseverance in the spiritual life became a light for countless others who sought Christ.
Today’s Scripture Readings
The appointed readings for this day call us to deeper faith and trust in God:
Ephesians 1:22–2:3 – St. Paul reminds us that Christ is the head of all things and that, though once dead in sin, we are made alive through Him.
Luke 4:37–44 – Christ heals many and continues His mission of preaching the Kingdom of God, showing us the boundless mercy and power of the Savior.
Continuing in Prayer
We warmly invite you to join us for our next livestream on Wednesday, October 1, at 6:30 PM Eastern. Together, we will continue to pray for one another, for our communities, and for the whole world.
