Glory to Jesus Christ! Glory Forever!

On March 27, the Orthodox Church commemorates Our Holy Mother Matrona of Thessalonica, whose life of steadfast faith and endurance reflects the grace of God at work in those who persevere in humility and devotion.

The appointed readings from Genesis 22:1–18 and Proverbs 17:17–18:5 present both the profound obedience of Abraham and the wisdom of righteous living. These passages call us to trust fully in God’s will and to walk in love, discernment, and integrity.
