Vespers and Matins Livestream -- September 30, 2026

Glory to Jesus Christ! Glory Forever!

Join St. Panteleimon Orthodox Christian Outreach in prayer with this Vespers and Matins livestream recording from September 30, 2026, honoring Protection of the Mother of God. This Orthodox Christian service offers time to step away from distraction and turn your attention toward Christ.

Finding comfort in the Protection of the Mother of God

The Protection of the Mother of God speaks to a deep human need: to bring fear and vulnerability into prayer. Honoring her protection directs us toward trust in God's mercy and the intercession of the Mother of God. We can ask for help without pretending that illness, grief, or uncertainty is easy to bear.

As you pray, remember those who feel especially exposed or forgotten: residents of care communities, people living alone, and families under strain. Ask Christ to comfort them. Consider whether you can offer companionship that helps make your prayer tangible.

Pray with this Orthodox Vespers and Matins recording

Vespers and Matins bring together the Church's evening and morning offices in a sustained time of prayer. Set aside an unhurried interval to join the recording, or return to it as your circumstances allow. Let the transition from everyday activity to attentive prayer help you approach the feast with gratitude.
