Typica Livestream – Friday, September 5, 2025
Gerald Largent
Glory to Jesus Christ!
On September 5, the Orthodox Church commemorates the Holy Prophet Zachariah, the father of St. John the Forerunner. His faithful life reminds us of the importance of trusting in God’s promises, even when the path ahead seems uncertain.
Today’s Readings
2 Corinthians 11:5–21 – St. Paul’s humble testimony of endurance, revealing that God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness.
Mark 4:1–9 – The parable of the sower, reminding us to prepare the soil of our hearts to receive the Word of God and bear good fruit.
We invite you to join us for our next livestream on Monday, September 8, at 6:30 PM Eastern, as we continue to pray for the world, for our loved ones, and for our communities.
